Pupils are expected to arrive by 7:30 AM. School hours run from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The school gate opens at 7:00 AM. Pick-up after 4:30 PM may incur a late fee.
Uniform Policy
All pupils must wear the official ALCEF school uniform at all times during school hours. The uniform includes the school shirt, shorts or skirt, and black shoes. Sports uniform is required on designated PE days.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is essential for academic progress. Parents must notify the school office before 8:00 AM if their child will be absent. Absences exceeding 3 consecutive days require a medical certificate.
Communication Policy
The school communicates with parents through written notices, the school diary, WhatsApp messages, and direct phone calls. Parents are encouraged to maintain up-to-date contact information with the school office.
Payment Policy
School fees are payable termly. Payments should be made via UBA Bank. The school account details are provided on the information sheet. Late payment may affect a pupil's ability to sit end-of-term examinations.
